Our purpose
We are planting churches, building schools, and sending mission teams to share the gospel in Barahona, Dominican Republic. Missionary Johan Hernandez and his family serve the costal community that face many challenges including extreme poverty, high unemployment, and lack of education.
The mission base is a hub for ministry and invites short-term mission trips to help serve. Our current goals are to plant a church and stabalize ministry in this community.
What We’re Doing
Barahona Mission Base
The Barahona Mission Base is on the southwest side of the Dominican Republic. Led by missionaries Johan Hernandez, and his wife Marisol, the Barahona Mission Base serves the local community with weekly activities, discipleship, and outreach.
Mission Trips to Dominican Republic
You can join us in Barahona. We send mission trip teams to the base to participate in the on-going ministry. Whether you want to bring a youth group team, a church group, or volunteer by yourself, mission trips to the Dominican Republic are available.
