About

We are the Luper family! We serve our local church on Whidbey Island in Washington State while we are preparing for full-time overseas ministry in Bergara, Spain.  There we will be coming alongside a small church plant to reach the Basque people with the Gospel. Building relationships and connecting to the community through personal connections and outreaches.
